WKU - 2009 Job & Transitions Fair

On Friday, February 27th, 2009, the Barren River Area Development District joined forces with 60 plus exhibitors and interviewers for the 2009 Job & Transitions Fair on the Western Kentucky University Campus in Diddle Arena. The turnout for the event was very successful, with 400 plus students attending.

Tonya Mudd and Peggy Tuck were on hand to represent BRADD.

The job fair was the 16th annual event for students with special needs/disabilities, who are making the transition from high school to college or to the workforce. The members of PE 323 (WKU Adapted Physical Education) designed posters and brochures for the Job and Transitions Fair. Entertainment was provided for the high school students and the exhibitors who were on hand for this special event.
